5. AI-Assisted Services
Noticeable uses artificial intelligence tools — including large language models, image generation models, and code generation systems — to create websites, logos, and imagery on your behalf. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your brief information is processed by AI systems to generate design outputs
- AI-generated content, including logos and imagery, may not be eligible for copyright registration in Australia or other jurisdictions, as current law generally requires human authorship
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure AI-generated content is original and does not infringe third-party rights, but we cannot guarantee this absolutely
- You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables and advising us of any concerns before publishing
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers who assist in delivering our services, including: Vercel (hosting infrastructure), Supabase (database), GitHub (code repository), Stripe (payment processing), Synergy Wholesale (domain registration), and Resend (email delivery). These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations
- AI service providers used to generate your website, logo, and imagery (brief content only, no financial or sensitive personal data)
- Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law or court order
